2. Add accurate details
Provide vehicle and contact information so the shop can identify the submission.
3. Capture useful views
Include wider photos showing the damaged area in context and closer photos of visible panel, lamp, wheel, or trim damage.
4. Continue with the shop
Our team can explain whether an in-person inspection, disassembly, measurement, scanning, or more documentation is needed.
Important limitation
Photos cannot reveal all damaged components. A final repair plan and cost may change when inspection or disassembly reveals hidden damage.
